Overview
Next Level Touring
According to the Harley Davidson Electra Glide manufacturers, this motorcycle is supposed to take touring to the next level because it offers supreme luxury and added luggage capacity. True, the motorcycle does not look like one that will falter when one is out on a trip. The first indicator of the motorcycle’s dedication to touring is the fuel capacity. The fuel tank can contain 6 gallons of fuel, which is enough for travelling without the need to refill every so often. The luggage capacity is 2.26 cu ft. These guarantee anybody out on a tour that there will be a smooth ride for both the person and his/her luggage.

The Electra Glide’s engine is also something with an attitude. It is an air-cooled Twin Cam 103TM with the Integrated Oil Cooler. The compression ratio of this engine is 9.6:1. To ensure that one is comfortable as they travel, the bike’s dimensions are not bad either. With a ground clearance of 5.1 inches, a wheelbase of 63.5 inches and a trail of 6.69 inches, what can make one uneasy on the thought of going outdoors by use of the Electra Glide? What’s more, the Electra Glide’s lights are made with mindfulness to the regulations of the country where one hails from. There is a full set of lights and indicators (8High).  There are also indicators for low oil pressure, speakers, a low fuel warning, an optional cruise control plus many other gadgets made to ensure that the traveler has a stress-free ride, nay, a joyride.
